A 5300sq ft 81 place Nursery School constructed in Creekmoor, Poole, Dorset, on behalf of a client on land in our ownership.

N H Developments Ltd purchased the freehold land, obtained planning permission, constructed and fitted out the building under contract for the Nursery Client, following which the Nursery Operator assumed a lease and the well covenanted Freehold was sold to an investor.

Planning permission has been obtained on two further sites, one in Verwood, Dorset and another at Boorley Green, Near Southampton.

Further suitable sites of 0.4 acre minimum are sought throughout Devon, Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire.
